AB-tuff & AB-flex M

AB-tuff high grade rapid prototyping resin providing the structural representation of ABS plastic. AB-flexfeatures flexibility characteristics. EnvisionTEC’s AB-tuff & AB-flex 3D Printer Materials are the closest prototype resins to production grade ABS Plastic. ABS Flex series M

EnvisionTEC‘s ABS Flex Series is an extremely flexible ABS-like 3D printing material for Perfactory® technology. ABS Flex is an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications including snap-fit items, assembly applications, and living hinges which require some elasticity. It is a tough material, suitable for high quality prototypes of items in categories such as automotive and consumer goods as well as stable enough for production-quality end use parts.

 

Clear Guide M

Clear Guide is a crystal clear 3D printer material for the production of accurate drill guides. The results produced by combining Clear Guide with EnvisionTEC technology are superior to traditional methods of manufacturing implant placement guides. The clearest 3D printer material available on the market today allows for maximum visibility. High resolution 3D printing allows for precisely targeted placement of implants. Finally, the cost of high quality drill guides can be dramatically lower when produced using Clear Guide on an EnvisionTEC 3D printer in comparison to previous machining methods, making EnvisionTEC the clear choice for any digital dental laboratory. EC 500 M

Direct investment casting just got easier. EnvisionTEC’s innovative direct investment casting material, Easy Cast EC500 for use on the Perfactory® 3D Printers. With 30% faster build times and dramatically improved casting abilities, EC500 is the answer you have been waiting for to give you a competitive advantage in the jewelry manufacturing market. You can now produce up to 15 rings in 5.7 hours at 25 microns resolution compared to 8 hours with the earlier materials on the Aureus®. The EC500 material produces the highest resolution with the crispest detail without sacrificing SPEED and ACCURACY. The new EC500 has a melting point of 250 degrees C and zero ash content on complete burnout which makes it cast as easily as any injection wax pattern.

 

E-Denstone M

The peach color of E-Denstone provides an attractive choice for modeling similar to the standard gypsum color. The matte finish allows models to be scanned accurately for verification purposes and the high viscosity of the formula produces superior details and surface finish. The biggest advantage is its build time – a staggering one inch in under 90 minutes at 35 micron resolution in Z. This 3D printer material can be used with traditional dental manufacturing methods or as a CAD based model solution.
This is the only material that allows you to easily die trim, margin mark with a red pencil and hand wax to the die without concerns for layer lines. Die paint sticks to the dies just like plaster and won’t peel off. The material looks and feels like traditional gypsum models, which sets it above the other resin-based models currently on the market. The low viscosity formula combined with high accuracy printers helps to produce superior results with no loss of anatomy detail. E-Denstone is also tough enough for a dental technician to repeatedly remove and replace the die, check occlusion and move through excursions without any loss of fit or causing excessive wear on the contact surfaces.

 

E-Dent M

EnvisionTEC’s E-Dent is a light-cured micro-hybrid filled dental crown and bridge dental material for long term temporaries built on the Perfactory® High Productivity DDP machine. Provisionals are photo polymerized on a voxel-by-voxel basis (volumetric pixel) of the liquid resin. E-Dent can also be used for printing of very tough veneers that are extremely accurate with a very fine surface finish. E-Dent is currently available in 3 shades A1, A2 and A3. Structures can be cut back and then layered using any light-curable shade composite. It is FDA approved. EnvisionTEC’s E-Dent 3D dental material has been developed especially for the manufacturing of long term crown and bridge provisional. Full crowns or multi unit bridges can be printed. The printed design can also be cut back to allow for color layering and shading.

 

E-Guard M

EnvisionTEC’s E-Guard is a biocompatible crystal clear material for the production of accurate splints and retainers on the Perfactory® line of 3D Printers. The results produced by combining E-Guard with EnvisionTEC technology are superior to traditional methods of manufacturing bite guards and night guards. E-shell 200 series M

EnvisionTEC’s E-Shell® 200 Series 3D Printer Material is a low viscosity liquid photopolymer that produces strong, tough, water-resistant ABS like parts with high detail that are Class IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993/Medical Product Law and are CE certified for use as hearing aid products, otoplastics, and medical devices. The E-Shell® 200 Series is available in several different skin tone colors and can be customized on demand. Because of their opaque appearance similar to production plastic they can also be used for non-medical applications. The E-Shell® 200 Series 3D Printer Material has been designed especially for applications in the Medical Device and Hearing Aid industries being CE marked as a medical product. E-Shell® 200 mimics traditional engineering plastics ABS, which makes it usable in many other non-hearing-aid applications.

 

E-shell 300 series M

The E-Shell® 300 3D Printer Material series has been designed especially for applications in the hearing aid industries and is distinguished for rigidity and durability. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for hearing aid shells and otoplastics. This 3D Printer Material is tough and water- and perspiration-resistant and available in several transparent tones like water clear, rose clear, red and blue.

 

E-shell 600 M

The E-Shell® 600 3D Printer Material series has been designed especially for applications in the hearing aid industries and is distinguished for rigidity and durability. HTM 140 M

High temperature molding material for non-metal masters dramatically changes 3D printing capabilities for manufacturers. With a heat deflection temperature of 140°C straight out of the machine, high definition parts printed in HTM140 can be directly vulcanized in rubber, eliminating the need for a metal master. It is designed to withstand both the heat and pressure of vulcanizing the model in rubber with incredible detail and no loss of dimensional stability. It can also be used in a variety of applications that require thermal resistance such as items to be metallized or tested for high temperature gas and liquid applications. To add to its versatility, another use is for making tools for small run injection molding. This material is available for all Perfactory® 3D Printers (software required).

 

LS 600 M

The latest breakthrough in extremely durable photopolymers for use in producing very accurate parts with high feature detail on EnvisionTEC’s 3D printers. With added stability and surface quality, this material produces parts with high impact resistance similar to thermoplastics. Tough, complex parts can be built with a superb surface quality compared with competing technologies. Superb detail without sacrificing speed or durability. It has the best overall mechanical stability over time.The high-temperature, ABS-like photopolymer is used in the digital mask production solid imaging process to build 3-dimensional parts.
